New Acquisition of WH Rowe Ltd – June 2021
We are delighted to announce that Enhanced Engineering Group Ltd has acquired WH Rowe Ltd.
WH Rowe Ltd has been producing high quality aluminium castings since 1932 from their base in Southampton. They continue to offer sand and gravity die produced components along with machining services.
The acquisition adds complimentary capabilities to the existing businesses within the Group – FOX-VPS Ltd and Engineering and Developments Ltd.

New Operations And Commercial Manager – June 2020
Engineering and Developments Ltd are delighted to announce the appointment of Dan Thomas as the new Operations and Commercial Manager.
Dan has held a variety of management and senior management Operations and Supply Chain roles during his career and will focus on improving the management of the order to despatch processes of the foundry and machine shop.

Engineering and Developments Ltd, along with its sister company FOX-VPS Ltd, has been acquired today by Enhanced Engineering Group Ltd. Enhanced Engineering Group’s CEO Leigh Smith said ‘We are delighted to have acquired two well established and successful businesses. We look forward to continuing the growth of both companies.’

Engineering & Developments Group LTD achieves BS EN 9:100:2009 accreditation Certification
EDL hold the BS EN 9100:2009 accreditation and operate a dedicated quality control service for the manufacture of casting products and components. The inspection department which is staffed by five permanent highly skilled and experienced engineers, is fully equipped to handle all dimensional inspection processes, as well as facilities for non destructive testing.
